How do I place an order?
Simply click "Order Form" which can be located at one of the navigations. Then fill up the necessary details before submitting. An invoice would be sent to your email account shortly after.
After payment has been verified, when will my items be mailed out?
Your items will be mailed out within the next 2-3 working days.
What if I am not able to attend the Mass Meetup?
When the preordered stocks have arrived, we will arrange for a Mass Meetup. If you are unable to turn up for the Mass Meetup, do opt for Postage/Normal Meetup. *Read T&Cs for the extra charges that apply
What should I do if I have yet to receive my parcel, which has been mailed out 2 weeks ago?
If you have opted for registered postage for your item, tracking number would be provided. Hence, you can track the status of your parcel at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.aspx
We would not recommend normal postage as there has been a spat of missing parcels lately. Unlike registered parcels, normal parcels does not come with tracking numbers, hence it would be impossible to track the status of the parcel should it get lost.
Can I do reservations for my items?
We do not do reservations for your items if you did not send in an order form.
However, once you submit in an order form, reservations for your items will only be up to 24 hours after invoice has been sent out. Following which your slot will be given to the next confirmed buyer. (However, if by any means you could not make payment on time, time extensions can be granted if you inform us)
