Payment Methods
-We only accept POSB ATM tranfers/iBanking.
-For atm transferees, we require a snapshot of your receipt. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your proceed with payment without a receipt. Also, attain your receipt untill payment is verified! Thanks.
-Payment has to be made within 48hours, following which your slot will be given to the next confirmed buyer. (However, if by any means you could not make payment on time, time extensions can be granted if you inform us)
Exchange and Refund Policy
-Every effort is made to ensure items are in good condition before we mail them out. Thus, we strictly do not accept Exchanges or Refunds. However in cases like faulty/wrong items are mailed, Wondercloset will provide a 1-to-1 exchange if item is still available.
-We would only reimburse delivery charges for standard normal mail. If you'd like to return the item via registered mail, kindly top up. Same applies when we mail your item back to you.
-Wondercloset shall not be liable for any missing parcels in the process of exchanges and returns.
*postage costs of envelopes will not be borned by us as purchasing of envelope is totally optional. Customers, however, can choose to re-use the envelope that was originally packed for them.

Postage Matters
-Wondercloset will not be liable for any lost Normal Mails.
-Please note that Singpost is unable to track Normal Mails, hence registered Postage is highly recommended to ensure your items reach you safely!
Normal Postage:
Below 250 grams -$1.20 (e.g. Accessories, Tops)
Between 251-500 grams -$1.50 (e.g. Blazers, Pants, etc)
Between 501grams-1kg -$2.55 (e.g. Bags)
For every additional item, add on $0.50
Registered Postage: Additional amount of $2.25 on top of total cost
Meetups: East line: Bedok/Eunos, West line: Orchard (if only I'm passing by)
Mass Meetups: Only for preorder items
Fraud
-Wondercloset will not hesitate to take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have made payment if you did not make any.
Wondercloset reserves the right to amend any T&CS without prior notice.
